Timeliness is crucial in theater, as every rehearsal contributes to the success of the production. However, we understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you anticipate being late or missing a rehearsal, please follow these steps:
Notify in Advance: Inform the director or stage manager as soon as possible. Use the preferred communication method, whether it's a phone call, text message, or email.
Provide a Reason: Briefly explain the reason for your delay or absence. This helps the team understand the situation and make necessary adjustments.
Check for Updates: Stay updated on what was covered during the rehearsal you missed. Review any notes, scripts, or recordings shared by the team.
Make Up for Lost Time: If possible, schedule a time with the director or a fellow cast member to catch up on what you missed. This ensures you stay on track and maintain the integrity of your role.
